Great Classes and great teachers!! The heat is absolutely wonderful!! Hopefully someday they will expand to a bigger studio with more class times!
There is no need to pre-register for classes. We accept walk ins at all classes. Our schedule also allows you to come to different days and times depending on what classes fit into your life.
On your first visit, we recommend 10-15 minutes early so you have time to fill out our entry form and get signed up.
We have multiple classes that are multiple levels. Please read the description of the class to pick a level that is appropriate for you.
Please consult your physician and have them clear you for hot yoga before attending class. After you have consulted your physician, please let your instructor know of any conditions she or he should be aware of.
IT IS NOT SAFE AT ANY POINT OF A PREGNANCY TO PARTICIPATE IN HOT YOGA. Please attend one of our non heated classes or seek a referral from your instructor for a non heated studio for prenatal classes.
Dress to your comfort level in exercise clothes that are light and comfortable. No sweatpants.
Mat, large towel and water. If you don’t have or forget them, we have mats & towels for rent for $2 each and a variety of cold drinks for sale.
Yoga is about listening to your body and doing what your body allows. If you find that you are low on energy or get too hot, we recommend you take as much time as you need in a resting pose and continue when you feel able.
We encourage you to leave your cell phone in your car so there is no distraction. However, if you do bring it in, it is ok to leave it on the front bench or in the locker room. The instructor will lock the front door to the studio so that all possessions are secure.
We encourage you to stay for a full class, however, if you need to leave a few minutes early, please let your instructor know so she or he knows you are ok. Then quietly gather your things and exit with as little distraction as possible.

I went to my first class today. The instructor was very welcoming from the second I walked in the door! My friend was also in this class and it was surprisingly very challenging. I loved the heat! It felt like I went on vacation. While its snowy and cold outside, it feels like you are sitting poolside with the sun on your back! It felt great. Going back tomorrow
No matter how long a hiatus I take, I always feel welcome when I come back to Heat Yoga. Beth is an AMAZING instructor – always so welcoming and reassuring. She knows so much about the art of yoga. Her classes are fantastic as she guides us to be aware of not just the movements, but also what might be happening to our bodies on anatomical and physiological levels. So she also advises how to modify accordingly to get different results. Those modifications can be subtle, but powerful. Really, the best yoga studio I have ever attended. Thank you!
