Anna is a classically trained singer with extensive background in singing anatomy, vocal health for all, and breathing technique. Her musical background has served as a foundation and her continuous study of yoga has demonstrated the amazing interconnectedness of the physical acts of both yoga and singing — controlled yet graceful, strong yet relaxed, effortlessness and intentionality, AND working to support it all with your BREATH! You will regularly hear her say “find your Goldilocks” or “find your appropriate edge” because dancing on the edge–both physically and mentally–is where you can grow most.
Whether it’s yoga or singing coaching, she is passionate about meeting you where you are to then guide you to the next level. Anna firmly believes “there’s a yoga pose for that” and if everyone took 5 minutes or less to just breathe the world would be a better place.
