While running has always been a passion, the mind/body balance that yoga offers has been a refreshing change. Like many runners, Jen was skeptical about anything that didn’t involve pounding the pavement. Today, one of Jen’s passions is exploring different types of movement, and helping others learn and grow through their practice.
Jen is a firm believer that disciplines like yoga, barre and pilates can be beneficial physical practices for EVERY body. More importantly, working with others to explore yoga beyond the movement/asana.
Along with running, pilates, yoga and barre, Jen loves helping coach girls tennis at Prairie High School. Jen and her husband, Steve, run a family estate planning business and are blessed with 3 healthy and active college/High School kids.
Jen holds certifications in yoga, pilates and barre and coaching.
