Leoni started practicing yoga when she was seeking balance in her life. Leoni learned the principals of Yoga while attending the Sri Aurobindo Ashram Brasil where she obtained her 500 hour yoga teacher training. She is passionate about fitness, music, traveling and mindfulness.
Her workout routine is a mix of CrossFit, weights and yoga. Combining strength, core work, stretching and deep breathing techniques.
As a busy mom of two boys she likes to teach them the importance of self love and to take care of their body and mind. They have family workouts that includes yoga, meditation and weights. In her free time she enjoy spending time with friends, going out, traveling and reading.
